Program area
Food Security & Sustainable Procurement
Eco Warriors strengthens local food systems by supporting farmers to produce nutritious food sustainably, learn from one another and connect to fairer markets. The programme links climate-smart production with practical post-harvest, value-chain and procurement support. By organising farmers, bringing technical volunteers into community learning spaces and building relationships with institutional buyers, we help households and local producers improve food security while protecting the natural resources on which farming depends.
Our goal
Improve access to nutritious food by supporting sustainable production, collective learning and ethical market integration that benefits smallholder farmers and the communities they serve.

Smart Farming Clinics
Smart Farming Clinics deliver practical, field-based learning on regenerative agriculture, soil health, organic composting and climate-resilient production. Agricultural volunteers work alongside farmers so techniques can be tested in locally relevant conditions. The clinics make sustainable farming actionable, helping participants reduce waste, protect natural resources and improve productivity over time.

Farmer Action Groups
Farmer Action Groups organise farmers into village-level learning networks where members can share experience, test improved practices and solve challenges collectively. Groups are designed to strengthen peer support, access to training and the practical use of local knowledge. By working together, farmers can improve production decisions, build resilience and engage more confidently with service providers and markets.
